Step-by-Step: How Home Watch USA Works

Step 1: Reach Out to Schedule a Conversation

Call, text, or send us a message to let us know:

  • When you’re leaving

  • How long you’ll be away

  • Your property’s location

We’ll ask a few questions to understand your home’s general layout, your concerns, and the kind of checks you’d like us to perform.

Step 2: In-Home Visit & Visual Walkthrough

Before service begins, we like to visit the property (or meet virtually if you’re unavailable).

During this walkthrough, we will:

  • Review the interior and exterior visually
