Crystal Platten is the driving force behind Home Watch USA’s customer experience and operational excellence. As Director of Client Experience & Customer Relations, she ensures that every homeowner receives exceptional service, clear communication, and complete peace of mind from the moment they contact the company.

A 2015 graduate of SUNY Oswego with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Customer Relations, Crystal brings over a decade of professional experience in customer service leadership, project coordination, and team development. Her career, including advanced leadership training with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, is built on one core belief — take care of people first, and success will follow.

At Home Watch USA, Crystal oversees customer experience, and client communications. Her leadership ensures that every home visit, report, and client interaction reflects the company’s high standards for professionalism, trust, and care. Known for her integrity, precision, and ability to connect personally with clients, Crystal sets the tone for a culture of accountability and genuine service.

A longtime family friend and trusted partner of Founder Daniel Powell, Crystal shares his commitment to safety, reliability, and excellence. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three daughters and an active member of the Canandaigua community, where she enjoys family time, local events, and life with her two dogs and cat.
