After you sign up as our client, we begin the onboarding process, which includes completing all necessary paperwork and creating a custom home watch report tailored to your specific needs. Once your custom report is ready, we drop a GPS PIN on your property in our reporting system. This GPS PIN serves a few important purposes. Firstly, it allows us to identify the location of your home and timestamp the report whenever we perform a home watch house check. We can only start documenting the home watch in our home watch reporting software when we are near your home – the software doesn’t allow us access otherwise. Additionally, GPS Pins provide essential documentation for insurance purposes, giving you proof that your home was checked in case you need to make a claim. Lastly, you can rest assured that we were at your home at the scheduled time.
